• "Platform" refers to the Petgully Spotless website, web application, and any associated mobile applications.
• "User" or "you" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Pet" refers to any domestic animal registered on the Platform by a User.
• "Services" includes but is not limited to Smart Pet Wash Station bookings, Mobile Grooming services, Vitals health tracking, PawPal AI chatbot, BreedInfo, community features, and Spotless Prime membership.
• "Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation for any grooming or pet care service through the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You are the legal owner or authorized caretaker of any pet registered on the Platform.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as needed.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We support login via email/password and Google OAuth. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Petgully Services Pvt. Ltd. provides the following services through the Platform:

4.1 Smart Pet Wash Station

Our proprietary automated pet wash stations offer professional grooming services. Sessions are booked through the Platform and carried out at designated Spotless station locations.

4.2 Mobile Grooming

Doorstep pet grooming services delivered by trained professionals. Availability is subject to serviceable areas and scheduling.

4.3 Vitals — Pet Health Tracker

A digital tool to log and track your pet's health activities including vaccinations, vet visits, medications, diet, and exercise. This feature is informational only and does not constitute veterinary advice.

4.4 PawPal AI

An AI-powered chatbot providing general pet care guidance. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered a substitute for professional veterinary consultation.

4.5 BreedInfo

An educational resource offering breed-specific information, characteristics, and care tips for popular dog breeds in India.

4.6 Spotless Prime

A membership programme offering discounted rates and exclusive benefits. Membership terms, pricing, and benefits are subject to change with prior notice.

5.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon successful submission through the Platform and receipt of a booking confirmation code. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to operational constraints.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Pricing may vary based on pet size, breed, coat condition, and selected services.

5.3 Payment

Payment is due at the time of service or as specified during the booking process. We accept payment modes as displayed on the Platform, including UPI, cards, and digital wallets.

5.4 Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

As a pet owner using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your pet's health, temperament, and any known conditions.
• Ensure your pet is up to date on vaccinations, particularly rabies.
• Inform us of any aggressive behaviour, allergies, skin conditions, or medical needs prior to the appointment.
• Assume full responsibility for your pet's behaviour during and after the service.
• Understand that grooming inherently involves a degree of risk, and minor nicks or stress responses may occur despite best care.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Vitals health tracker, PawPal AI, or BreedInfo features provide medically accurate or complete information. These tools are for general informational purposes only.
• Petgully Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All content, branding, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Platform are the exclusive property of Petgully Services Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
• Use our branding or trademarks for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

By submitting pet photos, reviews, or any other content to the Platform, you grant Petgully Services Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.
• Any pending bookings may be cancelled.
• Spotless Prime membership benefits shall be forfeited unless otherwise determined by us.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Petgully Services Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
